  • International shipping (selected countries – contact support for details)

🚚 2. Shipping Charges

Domestic (within Pakistan)

  • Free standard shipping on orders over PKR 2,500

  • Flat rate shipping PKR 250 for orders under PKR 2,500

International

  • Calculated at checkout based on destination & package weight

  • Affordable and competitive shipping rates

⏱️ 3. Delivery Timeframes

Domestic Orders:

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad & major cities: 2–5 business days

  • Smaller towns / remote areas: 4–7 business days

International Orders:

  • Worldwide delivery: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Note: During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may be slightly extended.

📍 4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends & holidays)

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email/SMS immediately after placing your order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number

  • Track it anytime for live updates on delivery status

🔄 6. Missed Delivery / Address Issues

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or missed delivery:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment
